The learning environment can be different not just on the computers, but also from books. there is also something called synchronous and asynchronous learning. Synchronous can be face to face learning or it could be online at the same time. What I mean is that a class could be connecting with another class from a different part of the world. They can do that with the online tools, such as ning, wikispaces. Asynchronouss is when you use the same online tools, but its like you are sending a message. All of this is called a blended learning environment.

What is a good digital citizen
Good digital citizenship means being involved actively and productively on the internet. But at the same time providing relevant information, avoiding acts of fraud, spam, and inappropriate information. A good citizenship also means being involved in commenting on other people's work; constructive criticism is the most important part. One also needs to be accessible virtually when doing online collaborations, a good digital citizenship will not expose one's private information, illegally use web 2.0 tools and gadgets etc.

Challenges of getting into the inside ITGS
Challenges of getting into the inside ITGS means simply people find hard to get into the class. For example, there are only two computers and twenty pupils in a class or students are in Africa and there is no internet connection properly. These kind of situation makes really hard to get into the inside ITGS class without modern technology. Moreover, people who are in the inside ITGS class need permanent internet connection to do their work because sometimes we meet on the online at night to have some conversation or discussion which means each students need the internet in their home. We need a solution for this problem.
